Pressler Engineering provided full mechanical design for this project.

The new Bay Vista is envisioned as an urban mixed use, mixed income housing in Bremerton, WA.  The redevelopment includes a variety of types and styles of housing to meet the needs of a range of income groups.  The site is sensitively designed to maintain significant open space and preserve and enhance views.

The architect is Tonkin/Hoyne Architecture & Urban Design.
