Pressler Engineering provided full LEED mechanical support for this project.  Block 46 (Matisse) Portland: 273 housing units/full mechanical and plumbing design. This project consists of two, six story residential apartment buildings over two levels of below-grade parking, approximately 282,000 gross sq ft, 220,000 sq ft net residential, with 10,000 sq ft of retail. This project is LEED silver certified.
