Pressler Engineering provided mechanical engineering services for the Architect, DKA.  The Coleman School project was comprised of two components: museum and housing.  The main floor of the building is dedicated to the approximately 20,000 sq ft Northwest African-American Museum. The top two floors consist of 36 apartment units. The 1909 Colman School has received both state and city landmarks designation as an historic site.
