Pressler Engineering provided energy code and heat sizing calculations for this project.  With the elegance of an Inn, the Estancia offers European-style living in an 88 - unit 142,000 sq ft condominium building wrapped around an airy plaza with a fountain.  From the plaza, wide stairs connect to the light-filled lounge and lobby drenched with warm Mediterranean colors.  The Estancia is part of a new urban neighborhood in south Snohomish county called Zocolo (Spanish for “town square”).
