Pressler Engineering provided Peer review services for the owner/developer on this project.  The Island Market Square project consists of four- and -five-story structures with up to 235 apartments and residential units, 15,000 sq ft of office space, 24,000 sq ft of ground floor retail, and 491 underground parking spaces.
