The Nauru Tower project “2009 Building of the Year” is a 360,000 sq ft private high rise condominium located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Pressler Engineering, Inc. surveyed all the existing mechanical systems, including: Central cooling systems, central domestic hot water, and central exhaust ventilation systems.  Pressler Engineering continues to assist the Nauru Tower Condominium association with mechanical building systems improvements, ventilation improvements and designed new sustainable stainless steel cooling towers.
