Rainier Vista II - Seattle, WA

Pressler Engineering provided mechanical engineering support and coordination for Rainier Vista II. Rainier Vista is one of the Hope VI projects south of the city center using urbanist techniques to produce compact and walkable neighborhoods that contain both residential, civic, and commercial elements. Rainier Vista is built on a former public housing site that was home to 481 households.  Under the “revitalization” plan, adopted several years ago, the 65-acre neighborhood will eventually have 1010 new housing units.

The architect is Tonkin/Hoyne Architects.
