The staff includes registered mechanical engineer

Thomas E. Pressler.

Mr. Pressler has over 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering and has worked on over 2,000 mechanical engineering design and consulting projects.

Mr. Pressler is a registered engineer in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Hawaii, Alaska, and Ohio. He is also an active member of International Code Council and the Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO). He is also a member of IAPMO-International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.

Mr. Pressler is actively involved in the design of hydronic heating systems for multi-family projects, including the Lewiston Hotel, The Scargo Hotel, and Rainier Vista Project.

In the courtroom, an experienced opinion solidifies a case. Outside of the courtroom, experienced design options save time and money during the settlement process.
