The first phase of Ashwood Commons project. The project contains 173 high-end rental apartment units with central air conditioning and heating, 18,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space, and a health club. Ashwood Commons is Bellevue’s first high-rise apartment development. The project was developed by Su Development. Pressler Engineering provided third party peer review of the mechanical and plumbing design directly to the owner for the project.
