Pressler Engineering provided third party peer review of the mechanical design/build work directly to the owner for the project.  The Cosmopolitan is a 33-story mixed-use building with 250 condominium units. The Cosmopolitan has street-level retail and eight floors of parking (270 stalls). The 250 condos start on the tenth floor, above one floor of amenities (spa, sauna, guest suite, business center, and lounge), up away from the traffic noise, and with better views. The concrete-and-steel project is in the South Lake Union area of downtown Seattle.  The project was developed by 9th & Virginia, LLP of Bellevue. Mithun is the architect and Mortenson is the general contractor.
