Pressler Engineering provided the mechanical engineering for this project, including central water source heat pump cooling for all buildings.  Ocean Pointe Elementary School consists of seven buildings:  administration, a student services center, cafeteria, library, and three classroom buildings to accommodate 725 students in grades K-6.
