Pressler Engineering designed a new boiler, offices with water source heat pumps, and new heating piping system for Plymouth Housing Group’s Scargo Hotel. The Scargo Hotel houses homeless and very low-income tenants in downtown Seattle.

Located at 2205 First Avenue – Belltown, the hotel includes:

• 45 single rooms w/subsidized rents.

• 1 single room w/o subsidy.
