Pressler Engineering provided the owner direct mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consultation for this project.  Juanita Village creates a new neighborhood center for the Juanita District in north Kirkland.  The new mixed-use, 196-unit apartment complex will replace a 1950’s era strip retail center with an urban village that includes a variety of retail and commercial spaces.

The architect is GGLO.
