Pressler Engineering provided mechanical engineering services for the renovation of this 22,100 sq ft building, creating a mixed-use commercial and affordable housing facility for the Anacortes Housing Authority. The building contains 24 residential units and six commercial tenant lease spaces with all new mechanical systems. The Wilson Hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the State of Washington Heritage Register, and the Anacortes Local Register of Historic Places.
